There's Something About Mary
Good morning. Today we will be talking about Mary, with a focus on her perpetual virginity.
With this book and their arguments, some people say that Mary was not a virgin.
This is their proof:
"Some passages refer, however, to the 'brothers of the Lord,' and these passages are sometimes invoked in an attempt to disprove the Catholic Church's teaching that Mary was a perpetual virgin."
"Notice that these passages, such as in Matthew 13, two of the four men mentioned by name and called 'brothers of the Lord' are actually sons of another Mary, the wife of Cleophus."
So it turns out that they are just getting their names mixed up! Remember: Always get checked for Alzheimers before attempting to rewrite history!
